We are focused on continuous improvement of the service; with every action we take geared towards improving our practices to ensure the betterment of the lives of those we support as well as the staff that we employ. We recruit highly motivated and compassionate staff, whom all share our company’s values. Staff are carefully selected from all backgrounds and undergo a criminal record check for your safety. Staff are employed on a permanent basis with guaranteed minimum hours and continuous innovative training and support schemes provided. This helps with the continuity of your care allows you to develop trusting relations with the care staff.

We welcome all your concerns and feedback to help improve the care we provide. You will receive a copy of our procedures so that you know how to voice your concerns that may arise or to give us feedback on the care you are receiving.

We work hand in hand with other stakeholders and national regulators for care. We will have regular inspections from the regulators to make sure our services are Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well led. They may directly approach you to ask questions as part of the checks and inspections.
